My surname was mispelt on my jamb admission letter and instead of going for correction of name i did regularisation. can my name be corrected through the regularisation?

Sequel to the post i posted below on October 28, 2016. where some folks were so abusive in their chosen way to express their ignorance and lack of understanding, i wish to let them know that work is actually in progress to prevent graduates like them crossing over to the NYSC if their schools fail to do the right thing henceforth, anyway they have scaled through but their generations to come will not scale through should they fail to do what is required.

Its very obvious that some schools are now indulging in sharp practices to undermine NYSC's effort and the essence to mobilize eligible graduates for National Service, and that's why some full time graduates without admission records with JAMB are able to register at NYSC e-Portal. Since then i have stopped posting anything about this issue.

A clear case of this was a graduate of Fed Poly Nekede whose name failed to show up on NYSC website for Batch B16 e-Reg, when i checked and realized her admission shows "No Admission Offered Yet" she made some calls to her school and within 3hours her name appeared on NYSC site and she registered even with same JAMB Reg number showing no admission offered yet. One other issue was a guy from same school whose JAMB records shows "No Admission Offered Yet" with his own JAMB reg number but his school mobilized him with someone else's JAMB reg number (A university student) when that student will be ready for mobilization, he/she will find it difficult to proceed.

Now that some schools are engaging in sharp practices, i don't think there is need advising people here cos i dont know what ur school does. All these people saying trash here are products of schools with sharp practices and am not surprised anymore. There are more other cases i need not mention. Those whose schools are still upholding the proper ethics of mobilization should please do the right thing.

This is clear case of fighting corruption & corruption is fighting back.

I'll make a detailed presentation of what is going on and what has happened so far to prevent further fraudulent practices by either the student or their institutions.

Use it like that, it doesn't make any difference, what NYSC wants to see is that u have a valid admission status on JAMB site, weather its different school or course does not concern NYSC, but if ur school asks u to get it fixed then do so but its still doesn mean any difference.

av seen people who said they were denied entry and av seen those who dint have it and they served without any problem. the question you should ask yourself is that are you willing to gamble on your chances?

stop misleading people here, just because you don't have the ish doesn't mean you should call him names. , I had the same difficulties during the last mobilization " no admission offer yet" I had to pay 11k to rectify it , Now I have a new admission letter and a new jamb no allocated to me
