How about we fire the medical tourist of a president that we currently have and employ one who will prioritise public healthcare such that he/she benefits and public benefits accordingly? I appreciate gestures as this but if we must be sincere, and want to address the elephant in the room, our institutions are presently designed such that programs like this will, in the long run, fail. We must compel the superintendents of our economy and commonwealth to either be responsible and professional or to vacate their elected offices for those willing to work for everyone to resume in their stead.
