Around 200k if u intend using columns at d edges. It could be less or slightly more depending on d cost materials in your area. Don't forget to buy waterproof cement when doing d plastering.

what method...is the soakaway going to be detached from d septic tank.
what size of block?
Their approach maybe different from mine...taking into consideration d nature of your land...

Heard the water proof cement is mixed with the regular cement to plaster the ST walls. It's very good plus it comes in small bags.
