Paying for study center whether to CIPM or private lecturers is not mandatory. But should you feel you would not be able to study those materials on your own, please get yourself a lecturer.

Past questions are available at CIPM for just 200. 1k for the solved version. Why not visit the CIPM building. They'd answer all your questions.

Registration for February diet would not commence till late this year.
Depending on your assimilation rate and how much time you can dedicate to studying , August diet is still within your grasp

if you can get a prove that you've graduated, cert or statement of result, yes you can apply.
Best bet for you is to apply as a Corp member, you'l enjoy some discounted rate and also a manual registration which covers you from bank charges.

Hello Uju, the exam is paper written but the registration can be done online..
CIPM has an exam centre in Porthacourt, which I believe is the closest to your place.. I guess Enugu, but I'l confirm that for clarification.

I don't think you'l pay for another fee
