Few days back, we were all shocked to read that music icon, Tuface Idibia, would no longer be a coach on Airtel Nigeria’s The Voice Nigeria music show. The report revealed that the Nfana Ibaga crooner, had been replaced by singer, Yemi Alade.

Recall, back in 2015, the singer was unveiled as an Airtel brand ambassador, a contract which ended a few weeks back, with 2face refusing to renew the deal as he cited personal reasons.

Well Last night, 2face, was unveiled as the latest GLO brand ambassador at an event in Port Harcourt. He has now joined the likes of Timaya, Olamide, Mercy Johnson, Juliet Ibrahim, amongst others who already found a home in the giant telecommunication brand.

Although it was due to the fact that 2face ported to Glo, I think it's best for the show that he leave. Last season, he really could not express himself very well regarding the candidates and it was obvious he was only selected as a judge for his market appeal due to his "legend" celebrity status. His analysis on candidate's performance is usually limited to " U too much, One love mehn.., Brendaaaaa, Brendaaaa.. (laughs) U're there mehn, wonderful performance... etc

And Patoranking is not as bad as he's being portrayed. Dude can actually analyze musical performances well.
