Pls I'm having freezing issues with my Nokia Lumia 1020,it hangs and I have to do a soft reset everytime it happens...I'm running windows 8.1 os on it,lest I forget,I also have sim tray issues,its fails to read my sim every now and then...thanks

My Nokia Lumia 950 goes off and tries to come on for ever, in addition one of my sim slots is not working took it to your warrior shop and somebody called me to tell me my bill was 100k to fix because somebody had worked on it previously. Not an update or battery issue
