Am I the only one having issues with SPC4?

Or is it that I am getting more users that everytime they want to send a message, there is one issue or the other and I have to assist?

Please, who else is having the issue of ALL SMS being sent carry 'Notify' as sender ID instead of the sender ID used.

Both mine and that of my resellers. Today alone, I have spent the whole evening trying to solve issues, especially with large volume SMS.

The issue is not with my providers. I use two foreign jet speed providers. Tested on both, the 'Notify' is still the sender ID

For the past two weeks I have contacted SPC4 support like more than 3 times for 3 different issues with SPC4

I don't use SPC4 but just to chip in that the NOTIFY issue is the Sender ID displayed when you send SMS to MTN DND numbers via some channels.

I have contacted the makers of SPC4 and they are aware and are working on it.

The NOTIFY Sender ID is not SPC related. Discuss with your SMS provider.

The issue isn't about your SPC 4 but from your providers who are using a premium routes to deliver on DND. At the moment, MTN Nigeria in particular do not support delivery to DND on their routes.

You may tell your providers to downgrade back to the routes not supporting DND and you'll be fine.
