only comment i have is, UPenn with that GPA ??.... well you can try but note that it might be very difficult and to go to UPenn with no funding is O la la .

Are you sure you have done adequate research before you picked these schools ?? and did you check their requirements

University of Pennsylvania with that GPA? U have to back it up with very good GRE, TOEFl score and very good work experince and referees. If u don't have that, Na try yr luck be that.

Air moroc is cool but not the best like emirate etc. I flew air moroco then. The Plane from Nigeria to Morocco is kind of small compared to the big air bus they will transfer you to in the flight from Morocco to New york. The plane from Nigeria to morocco has no entertainment system but the air bus from morocco to New york has except if things have changed now. The main point is for you to land in New york. In general the downside is just the stop over in morocco which is about 4hours or 17hours depending on the flight time you book. If I must add , for someone like me who is picky with food, The food is horrible if you ask me, more like sacrifice (ebo), so better buy gala or something to eat before you leave lagos. Thats the only part I regretted, hunger finished my life.

I have interest in security of smart grid systems as well as FOG networks in smart grid, I have proposed research ideas to the UofTcurrent group unfortunately they said they could not add more new student lately. So u may have to look somewhere else Like I am now bro

I am been reading this thread closely and I have learned a lot in this process. I got admission into Missouri Western State Uni to study Applied Chemistry for my masters degree program. I did the admission processes myself so I really do not think I should have any issues with the interview but I am still scared and I do not want to Bleep up on that day. I sent messages to Justwise, Walspring and lagosismyhome but they're all yet to reply me. I wrote out the likely questions they ask (thanks to this thread and the previous ones) and I proffered answers to them all but I would need someone to scrutinize it for me so that I can make necessary corrections before the date of my interview.

If you are able to ace your GRE, add UT Austin.

Just remember that although it's a big determining factor, getting into top schools is not just by grades. You need to submit your application materials on time, start talking to Professors about research and funding.

Sir, am going to Miami, Florida. Won't I encounter problems at POE if I use flights going to JFK. Because immigration officials might raise eyebrows considering the fact that there is an international airport at Miami.
