I don't see why you should be. You would have had to calculate several ratios if the requirement was to assess the financial performance and position of the company. No point calculating ratios that have no bearing on the body of your report. There was so much to talk about without showing any ratios.

Development cost, Brand, Goodwill, other intangible assets, Provisions, the fact that the auditors are about to conclude the final audit for the year, risk management issues and strategies e.t.c

I had to use my little knowledge of MGE, but I mixed it up sha. And the second requirement was kinda confusing for me.
