It is a known fact that all Presidential jets visiting and flying into other countries (with prior notification for those visits) would park/hang only the Presidential jets without incurring any such cost. This is only with the notion that the plane is carrying the President, designate or families only.

The only applicable cost would be feeding, medicals, fueling and such incidental costs...
