I knew her face was familiar. She has lost some weight though. Her voice is nice. She should nt come and be over confident like Chike sha. She still has some competition here.
opeaceo:
Today's performances was terrible. Beautiful voices but bad choice of songs, and they sounded jittery.

BTW, my bae from PF is back, Arewa... Beauty....

I'm really not feeling the voice this year, at this stage of the audition last year several talented singers were already spotted sad...only Arewa impressed yesternight(another PF product)

Just watched the highlights reel, but I watched individual videos since yesterday!

This is the best episode for me sha! Waje and Timi are just hoarding the best talents oh!
The 1st girl - Joy, she did really really well! I also did not realise that it was MI's rap she was singing until Yemi said it!
Then the Obichi girl that sang battle field, her voice is as strong as cement! It seems she doesn't realise the full extent of her voice, or maybe she was just trying to play safe!

That Emmanuel Okafor guy was very lucky that Patoranking turned just few seconds before he made that cringing mistake grin grin if you know say it is to high, then try to beat your way round it na!

My Arewa kiss kiss You went and slayed them all, they never see anything sef!

She would do well, she might go far, but winning? I doubt that. I'm looking forward to tonights show.

and tonight show was a huge disappointment... On the bright side, make peace has a very powerful voice, I'm looking forward to what she'll do with that voice, and the lady that sang the national anthem did quite well.

The show is beginning to bore me.

I only enjoyed 2 acts today, the rest were just average at best! The National Anthem girl and the lady gaga girl!
Let me wait for them to upload the highlights reel!

Just watched the highlights reel!

Walahi some of these singers shouldn't have qualified for this blind audition! I would really like to see those that no judge turned for, because some of the people they have turned for are just so so so average like that Lady that sang irreplaceable!
That

Nwando, the plump lady was just belting like her life depended on it grin grin if she thinks her voice is that powerful, let her do other things that would wow us, and not belting almost throughout the whole song!

I enjoyed some other performances while watching it for the 2nd time, like the Pillowtalk guy and A woman's worth lady!

National Anthem girl, she really really tried, but I'm not all that blown away like many people, I attend a Catholic Church, and campus church choirs are always bad ass! So I get a dose of good classicals every Sunday!
I hope she is versatile, because that's the problem with most classical singers, they don't really develop their normal voice! Their classical voice would be superb, but would sound so basic when singing normally!

She would definitely go far, she has a fanbase already from Project fame, like myself and we are angry of how she came 5th or 6th!
But winning is another ball game! All these contests have used my eye to see pepper! You would think someone would win, only for somebody from nowhere to win! Na so Arese win Chike last year, even with his project fame fanbase and ladies fan base!

Are the auditions all done in a day? I can't concentrate on the singing just staring at the same clothes worn by the coaches and MCs

Exactly what I was saying to my sister. She might have a problem doing other kind of songs. I just hope she is versatile.
The lady that sang that Lady Gaga"s song also has a very strong voice.
I hate that the Coaches depend on Timi to turn. Its very upsetting.

The voice is a popularity contest.

Going by performances last season, the extremely talented ones fell by the wayside. LOL.

I haven't been able to watch this season but I hope to catch up soon.

I wish Arewa the best.

The national anthem chick is a classical vocalist. When the draws starts, I doubt she will survive. Her kind of voice is unique but not what's needed in this kind of competition

I just don't like the coaches attitude this time around! And most times they wait till the final second before they turn. I understand that they want to really see what the contestant have, but sometimes it is annoying!

They usually do a general audition here in Nigeria to select a few people, then they take these few people to South Africa for the blind audition.

I think this week episode is the best so far, only one average contestant got a turn, but the rest that were turned for were all very good!
Let me wait for highlight reel before making my full comment.

I agree she might not survive the the next stage, but I want to ask, why isn't her voice needed for this competition?
