We weaken or compromise our immune system when we:

– Malnourish our bodies
– Stress ourselves
– Do not sleep and rest enough
– Do not exercise
– Allow toxic emotions, such as anger, worry, anxiety, depression, bitterness, rage e.t.c
– Abuse our bodies with a immune system suppressants such as refined sugar, caffeine, high fat foods, transfats, drugs, alcoholic beverages, hard drugs, tobacco e.t.c

To boost our immune system, we simply need to avoid the above listed causes of a weakened immune system. Here are few more tips;

Drink adequate clean water daily – at least 8 glasses daily.

Laugh and indulge in recreational activities to calm your nerves and relax you and also learn to have an appropriate amount of sleep.
