Please help, i posted some vital documents through Ems and it has not been delivered since 17th june.
i posted it after i was assured that it will take only 7 workings days.
please read the letter i have written them and understand more.... thanks in advance.

Dear EMS Service,

I don't believe what is happening to me by just simply using your
service owned by the country i has its citizenship, which is also the only
thing i did wrong.
This is not my first time of using a courier service to post
something abroad.
I posted documents to The Netherlands on 17th of June with this tracking number EE321030791NG, the said documents has not been delivered to its destination. I have been to your office more than 5 times to keep track of this document's because your website does not update its tracking/locations.
Even your staffs and Manager at your office at Aba Abia state does not have any reasonable information for me, they are simply confused and naive.
Imagine the Manager telling me in a polite manner to inform the receiver of the posted documents to go the local Netherlands post office to ask for the documents with the Ems tracking number of the document. Please how does this sounds?
Please Ems i need my documents to reach its destination i paid for.

I finally got the document (Registered mail) sent on Monday 19th June at Osogbo PO. I was given a tracking number. I have since been tracking it on NIPOST website but I was told "Track and Confirm Service is unavailable, please try again later". I kept trying but same result pupping up.
I came across a site trackitonline.ru I tracked my mail with the tracking number issued and I came across this, which I don't understand.
Is the mail still in Nigeria? Kindly explain ma

I am so worried right now than ever.
I have not heard anything about my WES USA bound documents (Transcripts) lately. The last information I heard about it is as above (quoted) and the last time I saw this same on trackitonline.com was on 3rd of June, ever since then nothing is coming up on trackitonline.com about it. Also all efforts to track it on USPS proved abortive as it kept saying " service not available for Nigeria"
I have visited the school and I was told it would have gotten there by now. I also found out from the school that Nipost Registered Mail is not trackable beyond Lagos Airport (don't know how true). I also went to the post office to find out what's happening, they said it would have gotten there, that if they couldn't get it delivered it would be returned to them.
I checked my WES profile, it says they are yet to receive my documents.
Please house, come to my aid. What could be happening? How do I go about this?

This is what I would advice you to do;
a) If you still have enough time and money before deadline resend your documents using EMS nipost/DHL/TNT/FedEx.
b) Keep tracking on US post office website and contact WES customer care speak to someone . Sometimes they might have received the docs but updating your online profile takes time just like Uniassist (Germany).
3) Keep calling NIPOST customer care numbers especially their Lagos offices.

ohhhh sorry about this delay again. Infact in my own case, it took 26 days for all my documents to get delivered to germany before the deadline kept on knocking. Well before the deadline I already prepared and certified the documents again and send it via DHL in osogbo here and it got delivered in 3 days. Infact I track it up to berlin in germany not knowing Nipost will deliver it in 26 working days. Please I will advice you here, if the deadline hasn't passed kindly send it through DHL courier service. Even EMS is trash, they will be saying in 10 days but in reality it will take 14 days for the documents to get deliver. Try DHL it is the best. You just ask for student discount fee which goes for #11770. Try DHL if the deadline hasn't close.

now it is over three weeks now that you have sent your documents to USA. The best thing now if the form hasn't been close is for you to send the documents again via DHL. It takes three days for the document to reach its destination.

the best courier service provider for now is DHL. I have to used it. Infact I was amazed when my documents got delivered in three days. Even I was able to track it up to germany. DHL is durable and very easy. Their service is the best. EMS will promise ten days not knowing it will take much time for the documents to get delivered. If your application deadline hasn't reach yet just try DHL and ask for student discount fee. Their charges aren't that high.

It seems to have gotten there as you said, because I asked WES again, they said they have received documents for my account. I sent my other transcripts from other schools through DHL and I think WES do not usually reply if they receive only one document, until they receive all. I will never try NIPOST again...although it is very cheap but they can give someone HBP. DHL na 'Baba'.
Please what's the site you helped me tracked it on so I can take note of it.?

Hello Guys,
Pls I need your advice. I've a package I'm expecting from USA. When I track the package it says “Your item departed our USPS facility in JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on July 9, 2017 at 10:31 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination”. It was shipped through USPS First Class International Package.
The crazy thing now is that the tracking isn't updating.!! Can I be rest assured that the package will arrive Nigeria and how long will take before it gets to Nigeria. Would there be any update on the USPS indicating that my item has arrived Nigeria and would there be any update on NIPOST website ??
Kindly awaiting your response. I'd hate to loose this package cause it's too valuable.
Thanks.

Last year October I used EMS and paid 8,900 because the documents i was sending to Germany needed to be there on time. I was told it will take them 5 working days to deliver it. But i kept tracking the item it was only saying Item in the bag. I mailed the recipient 2 weeks later they said they hadn't received it. I called EMS / Nipost office severally. They kept saying their system is down that i should call back later. Yet when I called back later they will still tell me the same thing. I was agitated. Finally it took them 21 working days to deliver my mail. It was so annoying. I would never use EMS again.
We had the sane experience exactly. My friend had same.......it was an exasperating experience.... I WILL NEVER USE EMS again....NEVER!!!

EMS Bleep up customers big time. The best and fastest courier service is DHL. In three days your documents or parcel will be deliver to the destination you send it to.

Femiadeuyi:

Hello Guys,
Pls I need your advice.
Thanks.
