You have come with another good news obtained from the people you described as "copy and paste yeyebrities"

Hope you still remember your foolishness on this thread:

We are patiently waiting for the next time you would run your mouth after getting your 3rd job from Nairaland.

And yes, until you man up to apologize for your silliness on that thread, you'd keep being reminded cos the internet never forgets.

No, not Internet!

Women never forgets

And please is a moment of Joy, don't ruin it.

Will check out the other thread later. Let's celebrate with him first.

Hello folks,

Humongous thanks to the great men and women putting up job posts on Nairaland. I am grateful

I am same guy who shared a story of how he was mysteriously asked to resign after series of dreams about his son.

The truth is I just landed another mega gig with an even bigger firm.

Few points: I was out of job for barely 1 month and I am posting this to encourage a few unemployed out there.
Do not loose hope yet!!

Prayer: Most important key. God has not finished with you yet.
Network-Dont fail to tell your friends, family, foes you out of work, you never can tell who has an information to share.
Update yourself: get enough certifications, take courses, online courses, whatever. please always update yourself. The trend is shifting and very quickly.

If your 2017 has not been going as planned, please do not despair, for we all can only do as little as hope and pray. And May God hear our fervent prayers this year in Jesus name Amen.
congrats....abeg i want u to list those online courses, their websites, their duration etc, i want to follow ur foot steps

Always hold on to this advice, key 1 Believe in yourself. The position is for a regional sales manager with minimum of 12years experience. I only have 7+. I reluctantly applied and was called.

Interview day, I saw grey hairs from top companies also, some with over 20years in sales , at that point I knew I had an even more chance . a few guys came out and reminded us we having to deal with over 8 Sales consultants interviewing you. Lol

Key 2: Dress to kill. I showed up in a 120k suits and over 50k shoes. These interviewers are gonna judge you before you speak

Key 3: Mix confidence with firmness- read up everything about the position, how you have applied them in the past and how you achieved results. Speak good, clear English. In your salary negotiation be very firm. Tell them your pay and please do not appear desperate.

Hope this helps. Please pray.

Ehn Ehn! Congratulations!

Experience hire you are.

Thanks for the few valid points up there.

Haba! you should know this by now. If they need workers, they know where to get them and not solicit individuals privately unless there's a specialist skill they require. RUN!

It is. First you lose your anonymity per adventure someone from the company that employed you is reading your thread.

Secondly, it can be seen as unprofessional by your employer. It makes you look like a blabbermouth, someone who can't be discreet with information.

Thirdly, why the _fuck are you even bothered about the name of who employed who on nairaland?

Did you realy just drop those points? am amazed.

First, gettin hire by any company isnt a private affair, there is a reason companies adopt the tradition of giving their staffs complimentary cards, its to basically put the company out there. why on earth will am employer think you are blabbing by naming his or her company on one of the most visited sites on Nigeria?

moreover employers will only likely put u on the spot when u say negative thing abt the coyon social media, which i like to think it isnt the case here.

i get the op point, its most likely a personal thing, mst pple do it here alot, personally i just dont think it changes anything to name the coy, but i believe it will give others seeking jobs greater hopes.

OP you must be really smart to stay barely one month outa job in this country.

If i may ask, what is your discipline or could it be your area of discipline is not well dominated?

I followed your last thread and read about the boss issue after the rapid promotions and replacement of SUV, i Knew it was more than the dreams or rituals as people were talking. You damm good with your works bro, keep it up. Hope you didnt throw away the cheque he gave to you, and how is your son doing. warm regards to him.

Thank you for the kind words brother.

I have experience in sales and brand management. The demand for professionals in this two field is very very high. Trust me!

And yeah, my son is doing just fine.
