We were required to print them. The acknowledgement slip I mean. Read on here that you could go to their office- anyone close to you- and politely ask them for assistance.

which of the emails failed? is it the one you are directed to send your credentials to or another one?
Applicants were directed to submit credentials to specified emails depending on some criterias best known to them (position applied for or on state basis. I can't really figure that out anyways). If you follow this thread very well, some people have shared emails that they were asked to send mails to and none bounced back.
