Later that night, Jumoke snuggled up to her husband in bed and tried to talk about Diana.
"Honey, do you notice some changes in Diana?" She asked

"What changes?" Bode replied calmly. He knew his wife trusted him too much to suspect anything

"Well, she looks radiant, i mean the girl is practically glowing" Jumoke said

" Is that a bad thing? If she is glowing it means she must be happy. Com'on hun, give the poor girl a break. If she's found happiness after what happened let's let her be" Bode pulled her closer and kissed her on the lips to stop her from talking.

"If you say so i just don't want any trouble, that girl is bad news" Jumoke continued.

"No need to worry, She'll soon be going to school in a few days. You won't get to see her much anymore." Bode informed her

"Hmmmm, but does she have to go to such expensive school? I get that her dad has paid for the first year but who will pay for subsequent bills? Remember we still have our own kids" Jumoke complained

"I don't know why you are bringing this up. Paying her fees will not affect our children's future. It is my duty to cater for her, so my late brother can rest in peace. I don't understand why you keep stressing this, I'm going to bed" Bode snapped at her and turned to face the wall.

"Oko mi, don't be offended. I've heard you. Ma binu please." Jumoke apologised

"It's alright, let's just go to bed" Bode held her and they went to sleep.

Back in her room, Diana brought out her phone from where she had hid it and dialled Toke's number. She picked after the second ring

"Babym, how are you?" Toke shouted at the other end

"Fine o, you just forget your girl" Diana replied

"Babe no be so o, i'm hustling so i can get everything i need for school. You know i don't have a rich uncle like you na" Toke joked

"Come off it jare. You don't need much, as accommodation in the school hostel was paid with the fees, so wetin u dey find money for?" Diana replied

"Babe, you forget our school is for the rich and top class people of the society. I no want make anybody use my nose rub ground abeg, me sef must dey among" Toke said

"Hmmmm, na you know. There's this issue i need to discuss with you, but not over the phone okay? When can you come over? My aunt is around now, but we can meet just outside my gate. On second thoughts, that's probably not a good idea, maybe till weekend but make sure say you show oo" Diana said

"No p babe, I'll try okay? We'll talk later, i dey go club abeg." Toke said

"Ahan, Toke you dey go club sunday night?" Diana exclaimed

"Why not? Is there a specific day for clubbing? Abeg let me go catch my fun biko, later love" Toke said as she hung up

Toke was already prepared for the night's outing when her phone rang again.

"I hope it's not Diana o, I'm not up for long talks abeg. She has a phone now it's to bug me" she said as she picked up the phone. It was Stephen, her date for the night

"Boo, are you outside? She asked excitedly"

"Yes dear, hope you ready?" He asked

"Well, almost" Toke lied "i just need to do a little make up

" hmmm, na wa o. I know you girls take forever. Do hasten up okay? I need to go pick up one of my friends" Stephen replied

"Baby, you didn't tell me someone else would be joining us" Toke complained "It was supposed to be me and you time"

"Chillax dear, he won't be riding with us, he's coming with his car. He's not really been around so he'll have difficulty finding his way to the club." Stephen replied

"But does he have to come to the club with us?" Toke continued to complain

"Babe, I've not seen this guy in years. He's my guy, don't worry he won't bother us okay? You'll definitely like him" Stephen tried to persuade her

"Okay,if you say so" Toke grudgingly agreed. " I'll be down in a minute" she said as she hung up

"Why did Stephen invite someone else? The more drinks he pays for the less money he'll have to give me. Which kind nonsense be this? I wonder the yeye person he's bringing sef. It better not be all this fellows that will go to Ghana for one month and come back with a British accent, i can't deal abeg" she said as she went out to meet Stephen in the car

Myles picked his car key and phone and headed to his sister's room to miss her goodnight. He found her awake watching a movie on her laptop.

"Hey sis, still up? He said as he say beside her on the
bed

"Yeah bro. You dressed up, where you going at this time of the night? " Linda quizzed

"To the club with Stephen mum. Don't worry, I'll be back before dawn" he teased her, ruffling her hair but she pushed his hand away

"Go away you. Have you told your parents you going out?" She

"Don't need to, am a big boy." He boasted. His phone rang and he picked it up to see who was calling "see you later, Stephen must be outside"

"Stephen? Same stephen of that year? You guys have hooked up again? " she

"Yeah sis. Am out, don't stay up too late" he said as he moved out. He went downstairs, woke up the gate man to open the gate and he drove out. He saw Stephen's car outside and honked. Stephen honked to acknowledge his presence and drove off, with Myles driving closely behind.

When they got to the club, Toke who was engrossed with looking good that she did not bother to check out who the third wheel might be was the last person to alight. Stephen and Myles stood by the car exchanging pleasantries when she finally decided she looked good enough. She stepped down from the car and the first thing that caught her attention was the model of the car Myles drove. She turned to the person that drove the car to comment on the car but her jaw dropped at the right of the handsome dude standing beside Stephen...
