Have you flashed the preloader?

All the files you are using is corrupt.
So delete every extracted file then create new folder(new path)
and start a fresh.

Before that re-install all the drivers if possible.

My gionee m3mini phone is not starting. Till yesterday it worked fine and then suddenly it went off. While charging the back light keeps fluctuating on and off at regular intervals. Any solutions or reasons why?
