I used an uncle, if one has no guarantor for an apartment managed by a 'property firm' I doubt if they would issue one a space. They offer 9 or 12 month leases/contract from my experience.

'Independent apartments' e.g a building owned by an individual might accept without a guarantor. They also accept month to month payments.

I learnt yesterday that Merit based tuition waiver is offered on a competitive first come first serve basis...

Apply early, have good GPA and good test score and you stand a chance.

If admission is offered to you early, they attach the scholarship.

Sterling packages that apply late might have already lost out cos there is a quota.

My waiver for this semester is around $4,200, payment to school should be around $3,500.
Just saw my updated financials, ~$7,700 is tuition and fees.

I just moved into California and I can totally relate. What I see here is mind boggling.. All the girls wear bumshots, u even see their butt cheeks. It doesn't move me.. It's just new to see girls wear such to public places such as school..

They wear it everywhere (maybe except work)

One of my school mates, a Nigerian woman in her late 30s, was asking if one girl was mad to wear one barely-there bum short to school. We saw the girl in the library for that matter.
Obviously, no church usher would dare turn away any person from church based on the Naija definition of 'indecent' dressing; so they wear those things to church too.
