Well, I think they should be banned on all roads with less than 2 lanes in both each direction.

Helmets and functional dual rear view mirrors should be made compulsory.

All riders should be taught & tested in approved riding schools before they can be issued a license to ride on any tarred the permitted roads​.

Okada is the worst thing that could happen to any country. It is quite unfortunate for Nigeria. It is a barometer for measuring the poverty level of any country. Even it is not this bad in India or Ghana. Our leaders should rise up to their responsibility of protecting lives and dignity of Nigerians.
Cases where males and females are being clogged together on these frail machines are quite degrading and humiliating.
States and Federal goverment should ban use of Okada to restore the dignity of Nigerians in the committee of nations.
