Please i need help. I bought 32gb SD card last month when my Nokia Lumia windows 625 was blocking my whatsapp all d time due to low memory space. I was very happy because i thought that my issues with blocked whatsapp and constant deleting of important files/docx on my phone will stop.
Alas! I was wrong. Even with the presence of d SD card, there is almost no difference as d same problem persists. I set the storage settings to SD card from phone storage where all media files like videos,music (just few on my phone) and pictures can go. Unfortunately, the SD card only saves a little portion of all the files entering the phone through whatsapp and internet downloads. D funniest thing is that there is about 29.78gb on the SD (only 180.06mb used) that is unused,yet my phone keeps complaining of low memory space as if there is no SD card in it. Then i wonder why is d SD card not sucking up all d files that can disturb d phone storage capacity? Why is d memory space on d sd card space slow in usage while d whatsapp is still complaining? I still have to delete alot of important files and documents/media files as if i don't have a memory card. Ive even reduced d number of whatsapp groups i belong to yet no change.
I realize that the phone storage also gets filled up very fast while d sd card is slow in taking in d files. Please note that the initial memory capacity that came with the phone is 7.2gb+ and it drains fast. Whatsapp and other apps don't support sd card,unlike what i thought prior to when i bought d sd card, so i cant even enjoy much apps. Ive deleted many useful apps on my phone just to create space but no change.
Please what could be d problem with d phone and sd card? Is this how Lumia Nokia windows phones behave generally? Or could d sd card be fake,maybe d memory capacity is not up to 32gb. Has anyone experienced such before with lumia Nokia? Please what can i do?
I also noticed that d phone doesn't support many features like android phone does, although i know that this is not an android phone. I can't download apps and browsers from google playstore,only from the Nokia store that came with it, unfortunately d Nokia store does not have all d interesting popular apps dat i want, unlike playstore. D phone also closes whatsapp whenever i am using it and take me back to d home page. This is even getting worse. I will have to go back again and allow it to rebooth before i could continue my chat. It's frustrating. Please help.

Under normal circumstances, before the power button went bad, shey if the phone runs very down and u charge it, it will charge it to the power that will just power on the phone. Then it continues charging when the phone is on (that's the phone does not spend time charging while it's off)

My suspicion: Battery (why don't u try another one)

Hi, I use a Windows Phone (Lumia 535), so I can help u with some of ur issues
1. That's how whatsapp is, it constantly disturbs you when u have less than 100MB on your phone ... I discovered that the app doesn't allow movement to memory card so let me give u a tip, why don't u move all your apps (that support sd card) in your phone to memory card, then set storage of apps, music, videos, photos, downloads to sd card (using storage sense) so that you can have very few things needed to be stored in phone memory.
Another tip: Try moving whatsapp gotten pics and videos manually to memory card through a file manager app (e.g. Metro File manager, Aerize Explorer) to free up space. Then if some messages are too important to you, email chat history of that particular chat to ur email, and finally, uninstall and reinstall whatsapp.
2. You do not have to delete any important file when it complains about space, just download a file manager app (e.g. Metro File manager, Aerize Explorer) and move them to the SD Card simple OR you can use a PC to move them. Also ensure you set storage of apps, music, videos, photos, downloads to sd card
3. Unfortunately also , as u said it is on android phone that u have a large diversity of apps to download.....we just have to manage and hope for improvement in terms of app gap between Android - Windows phone... Just try and make do with the apps there. ... If u notice windows phone cannot be controlled by most apps without the phone's permission. It is not as app-controlled as android.
4. Whatsapp closing to the main screen is a normal thing especially when the whatsapp is updating very many messages. Even though its few messages it may also happen, but it shouldn't seem much of a problem because it will still open again, another thing, MAYBE it is the phone's way of reducing memory consumption, just reopen the app and continue from where you stopped. ... Its not only whatsapp that that issue occurs
its not even annoying that sef, the annoying one is when u don't have space and whatsapp is disturbing you, even when u switch apps, lock and unlock the phone, it will disturb u again of insufficient storage and u don't go back to where u were

Well, preview for developers is an app provided by Microsoft for developers. It enables it's users receive updates etc earlier than others. Is it Aerize app itself that's telling you this?
Try installing Metro File Manager. Another thing, files (e.g. In docx, pdf, txt etc) are not large files. Deleting them doesn't do much in storage in terms of trying to free space. You should concentrate more on videos, large amount of pictures etc. But you can't move whatsapp sent media with your phone alone
One thing about Windows phone is that without a file manager app or PC connection, you can't do much movement flexibly.

Another thing as I said before, move all the apps to SD card (well excluding whatsapp cause it doesn't allow movement to SD)

Pls help. My Nokia 206 screen usually goes blank (white) when browsing. It usually happens when I want to download files. Now, d phone doesn't have a usb port, so flashing via usb is out of d way.

Sorry for d late response...
The thing is that my screen shattered (broke terribly that you could scratch glass off it and injure yourself if you're not careful) terribly but I could still see the display (that is the lock screen. Anytime I try to touch it, it goes up (small) and comes back down. Nothing else works.
I don't know if it's the same issue with yours because I could still see d display

Good evning folks. Pls I Av an issue with my LUMIA 540 screen.. Some times I see some unusual lines when I open my browser or when I use d phone at all.. Jus this afternoon, the screen went blank when a call came in. I am suspecting I Av to change the screen. Any hint pls as to how much d screen may cost? Thanx.

My Nokia asha 501 currently on software version 14.0.4 is having a problem of downloading inability due to malfunctioning of the xpress browser.
Also,trying to download using opera mini is affected.
Please what can i do? As there is no message for automatic upgrading to opera.
Should i give the phone imel in case there is a way out?
Also , is there any newer software version?

Pls i use a nokia lumia720,few weeks ago i discovered dat d phone start to misbehave by just hanging anyhow,then last week it got worse that it hanged for like an hour b4 it eventually went off by itself n i tried switching it on but it didnt on,,i av to take it to a repairer who opened it n it sha switched on,,but when i go to some certain place on d phone,it will hang again....d repairer suggested d phone has to be flashed,he did...so d repairer said he doesnt understand d phone any longer after flashing it...d phone doesnt come up again except u put charger n d only thing it display is d light,nokia logo then after a yl it changes to d setting logo and starts loading till i remove d charger n d battery dies....
Plz,what can i do...am so fed up!
