You misunderstand
I was talking about the old awardees' payment that year.
They were paid in 2 batches for some reason (some in August and the rest in November)

2014/2015 scholars, the ones that finally got their cards in January 2017, have received just one installment.

I think you guys should just chill.. Lately, like for the past 2yrs now payment has been done around mid-late October.. And with the situation of things in the country now. I think we really need to chill.
