Look stop deceiving yourself, yes the court will hear the case but they still have to determine legality, it's called pretrial. I know that it beats your imagination why they have not turned violent despite the killings but NO they will never be violent that is their weapon and the international community is watching and a time will come when they will be forced to conduct referendum.
