Should have worked in a company where there has been private equity investment, a multinational with diverse divisions or a Group with diverse subsidiaries

Have you attended any interview conducted by this HYT consulting before ?

If yes how was it ? I didn't see much on this forum save for one user who said the interview was a waste of time
Some monikers that spit out such comments are either been fed by their parents or still wearing diapers. Don't take everything here serious, look at the antecedent of the monickers.

I don't tink theses company knows what it wants with all the expatriate in their, they are still looking for advertising the position for the past 3 month

Don't mind them, 120k for someone with that experience. I know someone with that experience that earns the same amount with perks like fully funded HMO, better leave allowance, gets nice productivity bonus when its time for productivity bonus. and he is looking forward to moving to a much better offer.

No one with that experience will want to move and earn that little. Its either they come down from their high horse and go for someone they will train on the job, or make a better offer for those with the experience or if they are lucky they may see someone who is underemployed and earns below that amount with the job experience.
