I've always wanted this matter to be settled privately but the way its going can't continue coupled with you cant get in touch with mods except you mention them.

Mayorall and i have been in business for almost a year...if he's had 100 US shipments since i started using him, i've had consignments on at least 65 occasions so i can say i'm a regular customer of his. His services isn't close to the best but i've managed.

This issue began with an order i placed with his new Address in New Jersey. A hommie of mine wanted to get 2 phones off amazon, phones worth over $1000 and he also wanted to learn how to go about it... Sure, i setup an Amazon account for him, sourced giftcards and we were good to go. His being a brand new account there was a risk of amazon blocking the account if such high value orderswas placed, i suggested we split the orders one on my account, the other on mine. Using mayorall's US address we placed the order. As usual i forwarded the tracking details to Mayorall, I fu**d up here by not telling Mayorall both orders weren't from my account(my intention being after this succesful run, i'll connect my hommie with mayorall for future txns).. all the orders delivered as usual to the address . (Note: being high value items the packages had signature confirmation delivery. Meaning the delivery man cannot just drop the Package at the delivery location and go ,somone from the address must Sign and collect the package from the delivery man else it wont be delivered)

Fastforward , items land in Lagos after like a week. Mayorall informs me goods have landed that i should list my items, i list them and he confirms only one of the orders arrived ie the one i placed with my account. This is where i now had to explain to him that the orders were actually placed with 2 different accounts. He gets furious saying i never told him that earlier, apparently he doesn't allow 3rd party shipments to his US address, a new policy i wasn't aware of, that he was still allowing me to coz i'm an old customer.
He tells me that that item from my friends account wont be sent to Nigeria even if it will it will take 6 months that i should go to US and collect it myself. He even suspected i was trying to pull some kind of fraud.

Obviously he was pissed, i knew i was the one that messed up so i pleaded with him, i even suggested if my hommie should send his deatils, ID , passport, screenshot and everything just to prove it was a legit transaction, even made him understand i was the one that sourced the giftcard and did everything relating to the order all these to prove there was no scam going on. Now it was obvious the item was still in the US office, it wasnt shipped to Nigeria probably coz it was from a unknown buyer that was the impression he gave me. Days passed his body language and attitude wasn't encouraging, it seemed he was trying to punish me or something. After several calls n pleas he finnaly agreed to look into it that he has sent word to the US office about it, that i should give him my amazon login details and my friends also so they will verify the order n delivery

Days passed still no positive feedback also the next shipment had arrived and it wasn't there also. he rarely even picks my calls. he just says we're working on it...

finally he called yesterday to inform me that shipment arrived lagos and my item isn't there that the US address never received that package that i should message my seller and tell him i never received the package.

i didn't even know where to start from, come on this was signature delivered on july 31st... and how can i come now claiming i never recived the package a whole month after the item was delivered. this has red flags written all over it, he said i should just do that that it doesn't matter...

i composed the message i'll send to the seller, showed it to him, he instead typed a different one i should send to him... the message just doesnt seem right...if i go with that message ill most likely get my account blocked and loose the case, it doesnt add up will seem as if i'm a scammer trying to rip off the seller, a new account with only one order!! claiming i never received package after one month.

mayorall insists i go ahead with it... please Amazon experts and mods. your Advice needed

people who have had similar issues didnt have a signature on record, that way it was easy to handle as it was obvious it wasn't actually delivered OR the mailmain pulled something fishy... but my case has a signature on record.

My utmost annoyance is the timing of the whole thing if i got an update from mayorall on the 1st week it would have been easier to handle, not after almost a month!!!

The format he gave you was okay...bcox some of this white guys don't wanna have anytin to do wif us bcox of our records and he wud have won any case against ur write up for reasons like
1) most don't do international shipping, which u indirectly did
2) most don't ship to 3rd party freight company bcox it indirectly means item will leave US,which they don't want issues.
3) saying ure from naija wud have nailed you for a scammer.
4) false information...cloning an address for ur acct.
Am sure as eBay notice a wrong info which contravenes their policies, you lose!

I purposely ignored that asslicker, the problem with mayorall's suggestion is , I'm about opening a case... One has to be straight when dealing with such issues. You can't claim A and later claim Z. all these would be easier if there is proper communication between mayorall and his US people, the package might have even been delivered mistakenly to a neighbor in that street coz that signature doesn't look sinister, a Michelle in that address or neighbourhood received that package its possible. Another bad thing about mayorall's arrangement is he is never sure of the exact items he is expecting until he receives it in Lagos that's y he has to wait until each freight arrives for him to give me a definitive feedback about the whereabouts of my item, I'm sure of this coz I've had instance when we were expecting a laptop in a freight, it arrived and it turned out the laptop wasn't shipped, that's very bad both divisions should be in sync at all times.

2. They weren't together coz it was ordered on different accounts
3. Wasn't delivered the same day
