My laptop refuses to boot. If u press d on button my laptop automatically enters sleep mode. I actually left my laptop for 3months without touching it dunno if that's d problem with but it was always changed.

I burnt the disc, then opened it. I selected my preferences, processor, language, etc

If u click d on button a white light turns on but if its in sleep mode d light starts blinking. But now if u switch it on it jxt starts blinking it Doesn't even boot it jxt goes into sleep mode wen its supposed to b on.

Hmmm.. It won't work that way.


I'll suggest u get another disc but if the disc is still working, insert the disc insert the rom, and shut it down.

When it is completely down, switch it on again and keep pressing f9, select CD rom and allow it to load.

Keep clicking next till u get to the partition.

If you don't want to format or delete any partition just click next, make sure u select x64, thick agree to terms and conditions and select next...

I Neva checked d type but its a HP Intel Pentium d laptop isn't with me currently.

When you on it it blinks instead of coming up, the fault is from the motherboard, you need to take it to laptop technician close to u.

There is a short circuit on the motherboard.

seems the driver you are trying to install is incompatible with your system.
Try installing the driver using driver pack. It will automatically detect the right driver and install it in your system.
