However, you did the right thing. You culd possible get any response from them sooner. Though, you'll have to be patient with them due to the appalling condition they are challenged wth.

Make sure you post a complaint in the suggestion forum, because there you'll receive any form of information by the administrator, but make sure your email is linked or connected to the forum so that you can get an email notification on any new post from the forum.

Please give them time. Sincerely it takes up to two weeks for some clients to accept your work. But as soon as articles are accepted, funds will reflect on your available balance.

Please understand that available balance are funds from accepted assignments. You will be notified via mail once a client accepts your assignment.

Na wahala be dat oh. Either they have detected your location or your work has been rejected. The latter is most likely the case

really?okay then

There are three reasons responsible for this type of response.

First, it's probably because one of your submitted articles have been rejected. But you should get a notification mail if this is the case. If this is the case, you should write support for another eval.

The second is probably because you are in an area with poor network reception and the zemandi server couldn't rightly pick your location. To remedy this, move around for better signal or switch to another service provider. Thereafter, request for another assignment.

The third is probably because the location option on your phone and browser are not activated. Cross check that both options, if not activate them. Thereafter request again.
