DISCO owners came to milk as usual, no real investments have been done by these guys. They knew the system is faulty, put in little, expect to make mad money. Ordinary prepaid meters, they've not been able to give Nigerians, they'll feed fat from estimated billing. Nigerians have now perfected the art of stealing electricity and owing bills
