I believe if you work on your drivers and you will surely be fine. I had similar problem

What drivers did you download and from where? Also Wi-Fi doesn't need drivers to work on windows 10. If yours isn't working then you just need to download Wi-Fi button driver...

The virus have infected them. On file manager, click on "view" tab and tick "show hidden files"

Delete everything in the software distribution folder. Not all will delete, restart your laptop and delete the remaining. Your windows update will work fine afterwards

I think that system require plug and play Bluetooth oo

You can't instal just any drivers. You must make sure it's for your laptop. Remove your battery and check the full model number of your laptop then go to hp website and search for it
