I don't address Uber riders with Sir/ma but Taxify riders are always treated with respect. Any request more than 10mins is a No, No for me
I like uber but their mgt is killing them. I'm transferring the aggression most times on their riders. Sometimes I pity the riders after shouting at them cos they're not the fault.

I just saw the promo money on my dash board. I don't know too cos what they gave to me is higher than what they took as commission. I don't know how they survive. I de pity them. I just love them with my blood. That's why I threat their customers with high respect. But uber, if there customers shout at me one na two I de give them. But taxify I'll just say I'm sorry Ma'.
Taxify riders deserve all d respect and politeness they ever need. Taxify care and treats their driver partners well.

Hello house, if I drive from 9am to 6 pm on taxify daily, how many trips (assuming I accept all trips) am I likely to make daily/ weekly
it all depends on demand for dat day. Taxify demand is growing tremendously.

All Uber riders deserve the worst treatment, they support Uber for the slavery, they have the option of using taxify, so they should just quit Uber.

your vehicle insurance paper and drivers license. It takes just 2 hrs to get u online. There are two sessions in a day...one from 10 am to 2pm and another from 2 to 4pm. Just go to their office within those hours with ur documents and u will be registered.

In as much as you can criticize Uber, the riders have nothing to do with it. If the shoe was on the other side of the leg, I'm sure many folks here will use Uber too.

I picked a white man and wen he got into my car, the first thing he said was that "I saw ur colleagues advertising your price reduction promo. They came to me with a flier and I told them I was not interested cos I don't want to take UBER when they are on promo...it is the driver that suffers it. I want to pay the correct fare for every service I enjoy." Nigerians are the one enjoying the awoof and still expecting more from the driver over a fare that even an okada rider would not take. I picked a lady from lekki to surulere and the fare was 460 naira. I knew already that it was a wrong calculation. I collected 500 naira and she waited for me to find 40 naira change for her which she collected...so I went offline and reported to UBER about it. The lady that responded to my complaint from UBER had to ask me again that "u mean she still collected 40 naira change?", then I responded yes. Many UBER riders are so useless.

On the contrary, uber has refused to block drivers using the lockito. I reported I driver once, they reviewed the fare but never credited the excess back to the rider account. And they had already debited the whole money as it was a card trip.

Actually I feel uber enjoys the high 25% they get from lockito trips. Taxify has blocked all drivers using it, u dare not even open the app on you phone once you're online with Taxify, else their systems blocks u automatically.
abeg oooo... which one is lockito?

I wonder why a driver would advertise for uber price reduction. We are stake holders in this business. I wonder why only uber determine price. We own the cars, we are d drivers while uber provides d App. So why would we be the slave to this job. They're in there office with AC.

Well, I'm talking of been fair, most riders enjoy drivers been treated as slave, good riders think of fair price, and even have pity.

All Uber riders deserve the worst.

dear drivers, pls let try it for a week and see if Uber won't adjust, their promo is rubbish, their fare is ridiculous, their judgement is sentimental; they block drivers these days without tangible reason. Let us use 1st of October till 7th to take this solidarity action, everyone of us should register with Taxify and endure for that one week.
