Yes KD might have been the best player the last series, but curry is still the leader of that team. Kawhi needs to lead the spurs to the Nba finals, then i will be putting him toe to toe with curry.

However, if i am starting a team today, and i have the first overall pick, After what Kawhi did last season, scoring 25.5ppg, I will be taking him above curry, because it is clear to me, he can be among some of the best offensive players in the league, and not just the best defensive Player.
