Good morning brothers and sisters ..please my menu button on my tecno camon c9 just stopped working now .what can I do please..I mean the 3 touch icons at the bottom of the phone..the small square O and the < touch.the phone will be a year on October 12 I don't have money to even repair now ..please,what can I do to rectify the abnormality?any steps to be taken?na God a take beg una !!

you need to change the outer screen called callebrator. your phone prolly fell and is cracked right?

it didn't fall..no crack bro..I am using it to reply..the calibrator is working fine..I am presently using easy control app.which I downloaded from google playstore .that's easy control app. in BTW.(purple colour..)he normal menu for d back,recent and home is not working again..just stopped working suddenly two hours ago.I googled about the easy control app.all this yeye fine sef...abeg ep me.

There's an app called "button savior" download and install it should create 3 virtual to replace the ones on d fone... Dat shud fix it.

Greetings Engineers in the house,

I am using an infinix zero 2 phone. The device has been working perfectly for the past one year.

This afternoon, the phone suddenly stopped charging but when I switch the phone off, it will charge. When the phone is powered on, it will not charge.

I have used about 5 different chargers including USB cords directly on PC but the phone won't charge unless it is it is powered off.

What could be the problem and how can it be resolved?

Check your app list in your fone settings and see if there is any app named "babel font" delete the app and observe...

Pls I need an advice on which phone to get. I'm torn between leagoo t5 and moto 34 plus! If I buy the leagoo I save 10k but the moto e4+ battery is definitely for Nigeria. And I don't know if I will be able to buy the leagoo spare battery in case of any fault... Help me out guys

Please i am loosing sleep over this issue.

i have a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT i9500 non lte version which discahrges when it's plug in to a charger.

here are the things i have done.
1. buy new battery
2. change charging port (actually was giving me issues previously)
3. clear dalvik/cache
4. Get original Samsung charger.

But still it's keeps discharging while it is charging.

I'm not a phone hardware guru but I'm quite average with softwares.

I use the app Ampere from Playstore to check the voltage and current entering the phone when charging and i noticed that i get the following ranges:

Current - 300mah - 1800mah, average - 580mah
Voltage - 3.02v - 4.3v, average - 3.6v

Now i have noticed the phone charges with 3.8v reading on the application Ampere (which is the normal standard for mobile) with a current of 400mah..

But then most times than not, the voltage drops below 3.8v to any range btw 3.1v and 3.6 and at this point the phone begins to discharge while it's charging.

A whole night charge won't bring the battery to 100% with that voltage.

PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO? WHAT DO YOU SUSPECT? I HAVE SPENT ENOUGH ON THE MOBILE ALREADY.

ATTACHED ARE SCREENSHOT OF READINGS FROM THE AMPERE APPLICATION WHEN CHARGING AND WHEN NOT CHARGING.

My husband took it to an engineer yday n dey boosted it n fixed a new charging port cos dey said d old one was brokenn. He said we should allow it charge for long dat it will come up.

It cud b a software or hardware issue if u stay around agbado i can b of help...
