thanks for your reply.. But come to think of it... Even if those are the best results... What's my gain hiding the rest... It doesn't make any sense(maybe you didn't take your time to read and understand what i wrote up there very well) ... During my time in school, we were given some results during some semesters while during some semesters, they paste the results... I only have the ones of the semesters that we were given... For example... During my set, our 400l first and second semester result was pasted.. We were not given... So that's the point I was trying to make and if not for the *ONE YEAR PLUS AASU STRIKE* I won't be here asking this kinda question... Would have walked directly into the school and collect all the docs I need... Thanks for your reply anyways... I am not trying to outsmart the school.. I am only trying to explain the situation I find my self

I can observed that you are running for cost here and that won't be of help because it will delay you admission decision.

Just do the right thing to get the right answer.

please guys, i need somoeone to put me through, am applying for Cleveland state uni but this unofficial transcript is confusing. does it mean i only need to scan and upload my waec or neco results?? no offence please, feel free to insult and advice. thanks

Unofficial means it is not sent directly from the source or issuer to the person requested for it but sent it via third party

The bolded is still not clear to me, which school did you attend please? Never heard of universities that give results, results are always pasted and if you need your transcript you can always request for it and this transcript will contain all your results from part one. Most federal schools like OAU, unilag ETC paste all results and you can also check your result online whenever you need it. I am sorry I cant relate with your story. Try to request for a transcript from your school, you cant apply for graduate school abroad with incomplete transcript or results.

The bold simply means he is trying to do like Ijebu man and doesn't want to spend money to get the missing part.

He wanted to use the ones he printed online from school website as unofficial and later get official copy after granted admission, unfortunately it won't work that way and he will need to spend money which he is trying to avoid.

LAUTECH OOOOOOO... Some LAUTECH students can relate to this.... You can't print LAUTECH results online.. It's as pathetic as that... You will have to consult the exam office before you can get it... It's that bad

cosade:

You can always find a way round that, one way is to use the "print screen" functionality and crop the picture taking away unwanted portion of the printed screen. If that fails, just snapped the result screen with your camera avoiding rays of light, at least that would better than nothing.

When you said "you can't print LAUTECH results online" the impression you gave is that the results are online but because of some restrictions you can't print it. The guidance I provided is for such instances.

This is different from "the results are not uploaded online". Of course if it's not uploaded then it's obvious you can't see it online.

1. Selecting universities in big cities if you don't have extra funds lying around is just setting up yourself for trouble. Have you considered the cost of living in those cities? You can school in a farm and relocate to a city after graduation.

2. There are lots of good non-medical related programs out there. So you're advising an Engineer for example to into nursing??

3. I think if anyone doesn't know this by now, they shouldn't even have bothered looking for schools in the first instance

Recently a lady was given with F2 for her two kids .... its not the kid that is the issue is the ability to demostrate if asked that you have enough to sustain you and them while schooling and if the VO is convinced you are a credible student

also depending on the age , the reality is that its very difficult financially and stress wise been a student with little kids

Why looking for a big city? You better sit yourself down at where you can afford the cost of living.

This is why you should have requested for a print out of your semester result every semester from your exam officer. They would have given it to you. Having a copy of my results saved me because they eventually found a way to mess up my GPA when I went back to get my transcript and if I didn't have those copies of the results, I would have been stuck with the one they gave me.

Yes, you can. Technically, you can apply 2months before graduation in as much as you've signed your exit form. It's usually not advisable to apply in a rush if you don't have a job yet or you've not gotten interviews or prospect. Start shooting for jobs during your final semester. It takes like 90days to get your OPT card.

NB: it beats me why international student apply for opt and pay the mandatory $420 when you can apply for a waiver? All those I've advice have never gotten any reject (more than10 candidates). The form is readily available, make use of it. Just prove to them you can't afford to pay the money, there are loads of cogent reasons considering the state of the nation under Fulani rule.
Wow...great info boss...never heard of it before. But what do I know sef
