You can do vegetable detox, you can Google 3 days detox, you just juice or blend vegetables with fruits, but less fruits. The veggies are but not limited to... Cabbage, carrot, lettuce, spinach, beetroot, parsley, celery, zucchini, cucumber etc, the fruits should be lemon, grape juice apple, small amount of pineapple, watermelon, fruit should be reduced, except for lemon and grape juice, blend, juice or cut them and eat mostly raw. When blending or juicing, include garlic and ginger.

If you can do it alone for 3 day, better, if not eat small, don't eat rice or swallow or any high carb fence food. You can also fry or boil eggs, that should do. Check online for options dear...

Well as regards what i will do when i see my BFP....I will praise and pray to my God, thank him with tears, inform my e-sisters and only i and darling hubby will know about it. Mum In-Law and other family members will get to know when they see my bump or when i put to bed. nothing like calling anyone on phone to announce the news biko we dont know who is happy or who is sad with us. Besides i wouldnt want anyone counting date for me No one is to be trusted that was how a friend miscarried after 3Months because her mouth and waka waka will not allow her. She kukuma no get job so i no blame am na idleness and boredom cause am. Though she has 1 child just secondary infertility. She later told me that one of her co-wives touched her bump jokingly she thought it was play it was after she miscarried that she came back to her senses say na rough play be that

What I will do when I see BFP . I will scream Jesus....with tears , I will sing my favourite song to God, I will tell my dh immediately to tell him God has show us mercy, then register for antenatal immediately, I will inform my spiritual mother and my Pastor after one month, I will not tell any family member until they see my bump or when I put to bed, I will reduce my work load, I keep the test result in my folder, I will start buying baby items . I will serve God forever and thank him for showing me mercy again. So help me God Amen!!!
