It has been more than two weeks since we started the NoFapping challenge( We started August 29th), and within this timeframe, I have managed to stay away from fapping and pornography without much struggling. And believe me when I tell you, I have witnessed a tremendous degree of change in my life physically and mentally.
Please no matter how 'boring' the challenge might seem, don't stop. Stretch the timeframe progressively as much as possible until you are sure you can trust and handle yourself.
