Am even of the opinion that it was the SE Governors who suggested the military intervention since all their entreaties to Kanu has fallen on deaf ears. Kanu is more of a threat to the SE politicians than to rest of Nigeria. The SE Governors, senators and others have their political fortune at stake with the continuous madness from IPOB. The curfew imposed by the Governor and this meeting lays credence to this. They have to find a way to whittle down Kanu's influence unless all their security votes and bogus allowances are about to vanish.
