Sorry teamo, am also having d breast pain but not that painful, it is only painful when I off my bra, but after few minutes, the pain reduces..Am enjoying this preggy breast becos my breast were small but now,it has increase in size, which I love...no need to support with extra support.

Seriously dear is not funny. Hubby even gave me a wicked look this morning before he left. I'm going to ask the woman if she put anything inside the plantain or fish cos I've other ingredients at home. The plantain was too sweet I ate 3plates of it.

You can apply coconut oil on your nipple after every feed. This is not only natural but very effective and you don't need to wash it off.

Ukpaka is safe. When I was craving abacha, I dissolved d ogiri in water and poured into my slightly heated oil and it was perfect. I'll avoid ngu if it were me. A little more patience is better than stories that touch the heart.
