question 1: yes if it is a good single keyword especially dictionary keyword but if it is just a random word hmmm i can not tell except i see the domain name or if it has many uses/ end ushers.

how is domain biz any gist for me? i had my first ever success selling a domain to a uk end user not easy we later bcom friends oh nd gist other aspect of life....now have a permanent customer for d niche keyword domain lol

ah congrats. i DON'T like those guys. very difficult to deal with. Domaining is cool. I have 3 pending sales sha... and I have been chasing something huge offline as well and so, not had time for much domaining. We are almost coming to the end of sealing and wrapping up the whole thing.

my people move out from their current location nd ask me to sell off all my livestock (turkey, rabbit nd quail)...hmmm i decide not to follow them oh got a new place built big structure for my animals nd now on my own....they didnt disturb me guess they believe i am capable nd can take good care of myself
