The same thing happened when i travelled with ABC two weeks ago.. I got to kaduna from ibadan the next day, slept at a terminal.
As expected i was angry, then i spoke to the manager, he then explained that their buses have been breaking down due to bad roads which is very true... From akure to okene, or from ekiti to okene, these roads are very very bad and they damage the buses. Seriously, my dad no longer uses any of his cars to travel, he uses public transport cus he knows how bad the roads are.

So the point is this, the roads are just too bad and these companies have no power over that, if the roads were good then, it would be better.

BTW, the ABC company sent a bus which picked us about two hours after ours broke down, the same bus picked up passengers from their other broken down vehicles.
This company should emulate that.

Talking about ezenwata I'll never advice my enemy to join their transport to any part of nigeria unless he or she is planning to spend at least two days on the road. I had a terrible experience with them twice n I vowed never to join their bus ever...
My first bad experience happened 23rd of December 2016 I paid #10,50 from Lagos to jos.
After we've all paid the Transport fair n ready to move, the bus refused to start until a mechanic worked on it for some hours n we finally moved at 10pm.
While on the road on tyre with loosed bolts pulled out n got missed. The drivers took three to four hours searching but to no avail.
The finally took a spare n fix to enable us continue the trip but to my amazement few hours later another tyre got busted beyond repairs we had to stay in a lonely bush till the next morning of 24th December before they bought a badly used tyre n fixed on the rim.
We took off for some few hours n the injector developed it's fault but lucky enough they were able to get a mechanic around lokoja to fix it. In summary we got to jos on the 25th of December at 2:00am in the morning....
The transport company is wacked charges high amount .

Lol. You are correct. Those ladies traveling and dress to kill people are those that fall victim to kidnapping.

If you are not deform like that lady, God help them

I think this thread should be allowed to stay long on front page to further enlighten nigerians about this fraudulent transport company called 'ezenwa motors', so as not to be caught unaware.
I had a similar experience traveling from Lagos to kaduna, in which we have smooth journey to Abuja albeit stopping twice in the night to fix only-God-knows-what, just for the driver to refuse continuing the journey without prior notification, claiming there's problem with the brake pad.
This useless fat-potbellied driver has no iota of remorse in him, considering the discomfort and delay he put us through. The options he offered us were to either sort ourselves out on our own, join a slow-moving bus that's filled to the brim with people on stand,or wait for the almighty mechanic to come fix it in about two or more days time.
I was forced to pay for extra fare from abj to kd on my own as I was already behind schedule for an important event of my life.
My aim with this long story of mine is to create awareness so that more people won't fall victim, and to put a check on 'god bless ezenwa' company's poor costumer care and insensitivity.
thanks op for bringing this to public,
thanks mods for putting this on front page,
thanks everyone that spared time to read.
NB:I appreciate good service when I see one, as it will be wrong to only complain and not acknowledge good service, GUO motors keep up the good work, my experience with you guys was fantastic.

I am writing this with anger. This is my second time of witnessing this bad experience with 'Ezenwata motors'.
This is my story.
Last week Wednesday, I decided to travel down to North with Night bus from Lagos. I bought my ticket, #8500 and the journey kicked off around 5 p.m from Yaba part of Lagos to North. We got to 'owo' part of Ondo around 12 a.m and the car developed a fault. No information from the driver, no apology, nothing to make us feel better and we all slept on the road till 6 a.m before we discovered that the driver was nowhere to be found. Out of anger, all the passengers started calling the 'contacts' on the ticket and they informed us that they will 'soon' send a mechanic from Lagos to fix the Bus. Let me also add that the three Ezenwata motors that left for North that day were all the road with one problem or the other.
It was later we got to know that the mechanic they were planning to 'soon' send will come with the next night bus that will take off by 6 p.m from Lagos that day whereas it was just 8 a.m.

Out of anger, most passengers left with another option to get to their destination with no refund (who will even refund us? The driver we don't know his whereabouts?). I personally had no choice than to find my way to Abuja (the drivers when they noticed that no other option for us, they increased the transportation fare from #2000 to #4000) and from Abuja to my destination because there was something important I needed to do. Before I left, I collected a fellow passenger's contact to know what will happen at the end.

The passengers which don't have cash and other means to get to their destinations had no choice than to wait for the mechanic which came around 11 p m that day, used hours to fix the bus and they later moved on Thursday morning and get to North on Friday. Can you imagine? The journey took 2days, since Wednesday.

One thing I noticed about this luxurious buses is that they don't care, they don't refund and they definitely know passengers will find their ways once the bus breaks down. Imagine paying #8,500 to Ondo state cry undecided. They need to do something about their Buses, and in case a Bus breaks down, there should be another option for their passengers and also their safety.
the bus look like nigeria, fine from outside but inside na ZOO.

I had a terrible experience with them in my 200 levels year 2003.

Unfortunately I was among those who dint have spare cash. a journey from owerri to lagos that should have been for 8-10 hours max took 48hrs. none of us had our bath all through.

it was horrible.

ever since i have never ever tried walking into their park.
