YOUR BATTERIES ARE PROBABLLY TOAST!.
you may load test them to be sure, 24v or 12v system?..the okaya i believe are sealed mf battery?.
1yr is too short for battery to fail, are the batts brand new?
something is wrong..you need a pro to review your set up..
contact yopur installer...what is he saying.......

wow, all this load on 2 x 12v 200ah battery?!!!!.
you overloaded the battries...thats why they failed prematurely, batteries last longer if you dont drain them below 30% dod [depth of dischARGE], by the time the inverter starts beeping, its already too late, as the draw is below 30% dod.
if you still want to continue using inverters and hv the batts last longer...you need to do a load analysis & optimization

for eg 2 x 12v 200ah batt contains 4800wh
assuming 90% efficeincy this leaves you with 4320wh or 4300wh approx
@ 50% dod = 2150wh.
for ease of calculation lets assume 2000wh
so u can only power a
200w load for 10hrs
400w load for 5hrs
100w load for 20hrs etc

the load u listed is way above 400w
36'' tv shud be about 80watts, if led, n 180watts if lcd...and you have 2
washing machine is between 400w to 1000w
fridge is between 80w to 140w depending on size
laptop is 65w
fan is 80w
light bulbs...u didnt state..

thus you can see that u severly overloaded the system leading to its sudden and premature failure

also confirm on the average how many hrs of phcn you get daily.

eg freezer 140w...runs for 6hrs daily etc do same for all the loads in ur house
confirm the exact specs of your inverter and charging current if known eg 24v 2.5kva sukam inverter etc.

am almost certain your present btteries are dead, and you would hv to discard/sell them off soon

You Said it all... The said system was abused which lead to its premature failure ! He might need new set of batteries (2/4 units) , proper load isolation and energy efficient gadgets.. Most of us have our mobile number readily available online to reduce regrettable mistakes .. Cheers !

you need to hv the batt load tested to check the health of the battery bank

u can start by reducing the load on the inverter to not exceed 250w at any time, do this for a wk or two and observe if there would be an improvement.

i repeat for the last time, you need some1 knowledagble to come around and audit your setup...........there is nt much i can do from the internet, there are many knowledagble installers on nairaland...simply search
