Yes, it is revivable. However, some questions will arise querying whether is it worth the stress in quote.
1. Dish size
2. Your location
3. Your general desires in channels you wish to receive.

These are the issues you need to ponder upon before leaping.

people have grown restless already about
getting the highly coveted TSTV decoder.
TSTV Managing Director and CEO, Bright
Echefu announced in its head office in Abuja
that commercial sales of decoder will begin
as from the 1st of November.
He also made it known to press officers that
as from Monday 5000 decoders would be
given freely to customers in selected states
and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja; this
is to enable the company test the signal and
services of its new Cable TV.
Speaking to pressmen, he said, “ We have
not commenced commercial sales of our
decoders because we are aware of the fact
that we are running a business easily
frustrated by competition.
“We had applications from over 3,000
individuals who want to be our dealers, so
far we have cleared about 750 of the
dealers.
We are currently conducting due diligence
checks. We do not want a situation where
individuals posing as dealers buy up our
decoders and go dump them somewhere.”
Echefur further debunked the fake news
being circulated around that TSTV has no
rights to broadcast EPL and other European
football matches, “It would assist ABS take
Nollywood and Sport to great heights. Their
sport channels is the bomb! EPL, La liga,
and Champion League are amazing!
“With TStv, you don’t need to pay
subscription monthly or periodically. You
pay as you consume.
“It is the first Nigerian TV to launch a pay-
as-you-consume, so you can pause your
subscription whenever you are travelling.
“It is just N5000 for the decoder and dish
and subscription prices ranges from N200,
N500, N1,000, N1,500 and N3,000,
respectively".
Like we have revealed before, TSTV decoder
will be available in all 36 states of the
country but operation will commence first in
Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Owerri and
Kano.
