"Maami....Maami where is aunty funke?" the young boy asked sighing as he was refering to an average old woman who was arranging her stones which shows clearly she was about setting up the easiest equivalent stove or gas ever.

"Tunde why are you looking for funke and where are you coming from ranting?" mummy funke asked

"Maami Ázé is back?"

"Which Ázé?" she inquire to confirm if it was the popular village Ázé whom the whole community missed
"Maami Ázé na, baba Iles's son, aunty funke's friend"

"eh, are you sure Ázé is back to Ijagun?"

"Yes, but there is a problem"
"Problem! Kiloshele (What is the problem?)"

"Ázé is very sick and as a matter of fact he cannot even talk or do anything"

"Ah, may Iroko forbid bad thing" she exclaimed
"What happened to him?"

"I don't know, maybe when aunty funke get there she will be able to find out" They were still discussing when funke cut in, she was with her friend Bola.

"What am I finding out Tunde?" she asked

"Ah, aunty funke is even here"

"What is it Tunde?"

"Ázé is back"
She was overwhelmed hearing Ázé's name
"Wh....ere is he" she asked profusely

"He is in his house but..............."
"Tunde" mum cut in

"Yes maami"
"That's enough, go inside and get me water" he could not finish the statement before rushing inside to get the water

"Funke go inside, change and come and join me in the kitchen" Mum instructed so as to get ride of the sad news Tunde was about breaking that moment

"Funke I have to go now, we'll see in the evening"
Bola bade

That evening, Funke and Bola got to Ázé's house but found nobody in the house
On their way going back home they met Ayo, a guy that live close to Ázé's house

"Funke have you seen Ázé?" Ayo asked
"No, Please Where is he?"

"Hmmmm, he has been taken to Iroko's temple....................
