It is not a BC decision but IRCC's or whoever controls Canadian immigration. Australia's DIBP has it but some conditions like no band should be lower than 6.0 on the trf u wish to bring in to make up.

That's the way it should be. Afterall they just wanna know if you are good in that part and each of the module is mutually exclusive.

But they wont want to reduce their income now.

Congrats @sweetrie.Bc really needs to look inwards o and need to reduce waiting time for remark drastically. There should even be room to seek damages for such lapses.imagine how many people who didn't bother asking for remark that would have gotten upgrade. Well one day one day they go see.lol

My Dear, you see that age there.... Thats the issue!

Both of you need to write the IELTS and Ace the result to stand any chance. If he decides to write the IELTS, make him the PA because he will get more points with his ond + hnd than your own BSC

If you both write and ace the IELTS and he is the PA, you will have 428

Thanks so much stealth02 for this detailed information. Pls, if i may ask, are you on the PNP route. Did some research yesterday and we are considering prince edward island programme. Did a mock assessment and it seems this will be an alternative for us. I will appreciate if you can give us more information anytime you have them. Attached is the PEI asssessment form for anybody that might want to give it a trial.

Hi Ayo,

The PEI program looks interesting. I just assessed myself and my score was very okay. Can we relate? my email is jjfaargo@gmail.com

I guess the refund is enough for damages. They might as well hold it for their trouble. No Nigerian institution offers refund for remarks, if I'm correct.

This looks like a good link for those who wanna go the PNP route to start out with http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp

I'm of the opinion there really should be a different thread for PNP. It only makes sense. Most of the conversations here don't serve the purpose of those who wanna go the PNP route. PNP guys probably need to continue to push so the mods can finally listen.

My brothers and my sisters, back from BC Abuja. My score was upgraded from 6.5 to 8.0. thank you plenty for everyone that answered and contributed. So Abuja people won't inform you of your EOR outcome. Just go collect the result. EOR took 8weeks.

Wow! Congrats! wink

@cochtrane
Enter it as you have stated. You should be able to first enter your NOC 0, and then your NOC A. This means both NOC will count towards your express entry and only one of them towards your FSW score.

So please can you explain further, how can experience score from different noc both add up in the express entry? I thought in this case you can either claim 1year of a particular noc OR 2 years of the other noc.

Are you saying it is possible to claim both 1+2 years from different noc to get 3 years.?

Please explain further.

Let's address this issue of using these words 'write, writing and written'. It is 'do or take' and their appropriate tenses and participles. You can't use that word and its retinue when we have listening and Speaking parts.

I hope no bashing or claiming English language is not our mother tongue as ielts is showing us....

@cochtrane, I totally agree with you. There's no much discussion about PNP going on here and I think we should make an effort to help the "oga at d top" see and reason with us. How about a poll through 'likes' to a post say like yours and have people in support of a new PNP thread to hit like, WHILE people not in support of a new PNP thread to hit share.

Could be worth a shot.

There is no need for poll. I have been doing research on PEI and NS PNP. Infact I just put call through again regarding PEI immigration programme. If you know maxing IELTS wont get you above 400 or dont want to dash money to BC, pls consider PNP

I opened PNP and FST thread but was shutdown by someone. The thread is still available but not active. I think WhatsApp is better platform for this. So have created WhatsApp group every info including PNP and FST will be shared. This will serve as alert as some PNP may open for few minutes

Whatsapp is a good idea. Unfortunately, it just makes info inaccessible to many more.

My advise, this should be done post ITA because it's takes roughly 3 hours and you will get a slip to upload with application same day. However, latest landing date post PPR will be one year from date of medicals, so if for any reason your application is not very fast, you may find yourself under some pressure to relocate.
