Nestoil makes over 200 billion naira in sales, assume he nets 100 billion naira, common sense will tell you he pays 10-15% in federal and state tax. You haven't added millions it cost to clear its goods, and berth its ships and barges at the ports; some of these vessels can run over 1 million a day in berth fees.
