My observations @ Lagos centre.....
6 questions all together but sub questions may come in between depends on your response.
Candidates were less than 20 per day.
Questions were randomly selected and unexpected (luck plays a great role here not by knowledge).
A lots of noted comments during d accreditation ( basically age/cert palava).
Interviewers were very friendly.
TP subsidy was not paid yet..... Lol.

Most importantly, good luck to me n u too.....

When I was asked to analyze impedance of a transformer mathematically, experimentally and theoretically. I was like 'which kind wahala be this' grin, I no read all this level na, I was smiling because of the upper cut, the likes of heat exchanger, compressors, methane, lng train, positive displacement and centrifugal pumps etc could not rescue me at that moment. Thank God inspiration later came and I could give some of the analysis they requested for, I gave them more than they requested and I observe them writing things down throughout the session, I pray for luck. other areas I could remember are: fault types and details, extinguisher types and areas of usefulness, methods of heat transfer, why using insulation when working on batteries etc. I believe the future applicants who will be visiting this thread will learn from our experience, they should learn to read wide and not limit their preparation to certain area. One of the interviewers pointed out one of the perceived weakness in me and told me how I can improve,i don't know if that has automatically knock me out of the process although he said it won't be part of the grading. Just like some one posted earlier, I was also told that successful candidates will be absorbed into the company before end of first quarter2018. Patiently waiting for success mail.

What is the fate of those who have issue(s) with their age/documents? Any reliably "authentic" idea?

Some people have age falsification and was detected either via FSLC or WAEC etc.... It was noted down. I was asking what fate those guys have, especially if they happen to have passed the interview....

If I understand you, the age they claimed is different from the age on WAEC? I never knew that FSLC bears one's date of birth.

Can you explain that FSLC part further?
