The SOP is different from my letter of explanation. In my LOE, I addressed the reason of my previous refusal by itemizing them one by one.

Thank you.. Noted

You might want to reconsider re-applying for this January. I just got a mail from Humber college, an update on the Ontario colleges faculty strike. It is now resolved and the new start date is now January 29th, previously 8th January.
Ah I see. I'll consider it. Thank you for the heads up

Good day house
Please how should one tackle the issue of accommodation during visa application. I know it’s advisable to pay for school accommodation to increase ones chances of securing a visa but in my case where the school accommodation and meal plan is on the high side ( 9k for 7 months). Do I go ahead to make say 3 months deposit for a place outside school to show my commitment or have the money kept in a domiciliary account with financial statements to back it up. All I have for my living expenses for a year is 7k. I have paid one year tuition already and my school is in Ontario

What is your status at Qatar? If you merely a visitor, your application might be denied for status in country of application. If you are lucky it would be forwarded to Ghana for processing. However if you have permanent residency or student status in Qatar, might only be taking its sweet time to process. The average processing time is merely as stated---average. If you have legal status in Qatar, be anxious of nothing but with prayer and supplication, relax.
Yes I was born here have my permit that's why applied from here the processing time on CIC website says 7 weeks without counting the days for VAC what does it mean it took only one day to end to vac Abu Dhabi from Qatar. It's been 6 weeks and I'm waiting what should I do? VFS don't give accurate answer where can I contact CIC officer did anyone here ever contacted CIC directly do they reply? Please help me I'm really really worried that I will miss January intake last date to join uni is 15 January

I believe you don't need to "tackle" the issue of accommodation but rather your living expenses.

You'd need to show proof of fund in excess of $10,000CAD.

Just let go of the stress and have your sponsor balance the $7,000CAD in your dorm with $3,000CAD.

Having $10,000CAD in a dorm account shows you have fund to cover your cost of living for a year, unlike paying for a 3 months accommodation.

Just my 2.785 cents.

Just wait, there is plenty of time for you to resume school. It's Qatar for crying out loud. Come to Nigeria and wait 22 weeks last time I checked and that is only average. The fact that they say average processing time doesn't mean your application will take that long. It could take more or less the average processing time.

Make it very difficult (impossible) for the VO to deny you. It's a lot of work to pull this off if you are a complex applicant, but it's possible. Edited: I know someone, with a low 2:2, no job & no personal assets, who got approved for a TRV this year. He put together an amazing application. You can too.

*By brilliant, I'm not referring to your CPGA. I am referring to the way you present yourself to the VO.

Bolded is the only thing you need to have at the back of your mind when preparing your application.

Finally on a lighter tone, USA has hotter babes than Canada. If you are into black women or men, USA has a lot of African Americans. Finding your kind in Canada is very few and far between.

Hello guys, I'm in serious need of help. I got refused a Canadian student visa for a January start at Medicine Hat College, Alberta. I applied for it here in the UK as I am currently in Scotland. The reasons given were TRAVEL HISTORY, IMMIGRATION STATUS IN THE UK and PURPOSE OF VISIT.

If any of you guys have any idea on how to tackle these issues, please may you forward them to me please.
I included every possible document in my first application so I am really perplexed by the refusal.

I am planning to re-apply as fast as I can.
Thanks for all.

Is there anyone here that has ever applied to University of Saskatchewan? If yes, how long did it take for the school reply? I have applied for close to 2 months and I haven't seen change in my application status.

Good day bro,

I guess you applied for masters degree, please most schools require having endorsement from a faculty member or researcher to be able to secure admission. Please if you already passed this stage, how can I get a. Research or professors endorsement so I can Apply

Yes, masters
It depends on your course of study
You could select course work based masters instead of research based masters
