Logon to account on the mobile app.
Click the menu option
Click funds. This brings out three options.
Click on subscription.
Then you select the fund type e.g mmf
Then you proceed to the platform type.
Select interswitch local
Then enter your card details.
Enter amount and follow other instructions.
And otp will be sent to your registered phone number.
Enter the otp as required.
You will get a message "successful" while your account is immediately debited.

Your atm card must be already activated for online transactions before this will work.
My Firstbank mastercard did not work so I used the uba verve card.

Try the above and let's see if it works

Thanks. I have tried this several times with my StanbicIBTC ATM card and has never been successful. Now that you said it, it's probably not activated for online transactions. I will try it with another bank's card.

If you subscribe between 8am and 4pm, your online account will be credited on the same day.

If you subscribed after 4pm, it will reflect in your account exactly at the same time the following day.

Stanbic en! just do a mail to mutualfunds"stanbicibtc.com. you will be sent a redemption form and email indemnity if youve not filled one before. just print and scan / snap back to them. they will tell you it will be treated in 5days.

FBN is the best for Treasury Bills, its sweeter than honey.
FBN is the worst for Mutual Funds, MMF.

StanbicIBTC is the best for Mutual Funds, MMF.
StanbicIBTC is the worst for Treasury Bills, you will regret why you even think of investing in TB with them.

This is my experience, other research and info, and my personal 100% opinion which i am entitled to.

Stanbic has simplified procedures that makes it easy for many people to transact with from their homes or offices.

I guess that's the reason why. I did everything in my own case online. I sent mails and tweet to their Twitter handle for support when necessary. This solves all my queries in most cases

i agree with you..

but all that can happen at fbn capital/quest too.

am just saying .. Lets not over-work ibtc with our overcrowding mentality.

it only takes ONE MISTAKE OR GREED by a staff to bring down a fund. A tired and weary staff is a likely candidate for both.

ARM, INVESTMENT ONE, FIRST BANK CAPITAL.. All give similar service, with nearly same profits.

...my million dollar thought.

(maybe next year i will open an account with ARM or Investment-ONE just to be safe)

As you see below..
opening an account with them is PRETTY hard..
only few people have been able to do so so far..

AND its only those who went straight to their fbn capital office or registered through emailing customer service.

myself, i ran from them after waiting one month!
