Sorry for the pains dear, you need to work hand in hand with your doctor. No bike climbing cos they no dy hear kadan kadan, small small or nwayọọ nwayọọ again, no superwoman work, try kegel exercise, no pepperish or anything that triggers pain or miscarriage, always take water. Any small pain(I don't pray for that) see your doctor that's near before telling your sister, don't allow her to prescribe drugs for you without seeing you. Do infection test too.

Its tetanus vaccine. u should be getting ur first tt injection right about this time i think. Ask them at the hospital soonest.

I was given mine at exactly 16 weeks less one day..

Due to the increase of heat these days, I've resorted to sleeping on the ground with duvet and wrapper. But I do feel pains (weight of my baby pressing on my ribs) whenever I sleep on my sides for long. The ground is super sweet for this weather. Pls mamas will there be any effect on me and my baby? I'm 36weeks plus. I hope I'm safe.

Use your pillow to support your tummy, inb/w your legs and you can enjoy your sleep. When I was preggy with my daughter around that week, the floor was my new bed, I don't even use wrapper or wear clothes.

lemme laff first.I was like u when I was preggy.i felt relived when i delivered.when the cs site healed,I still couldn't sleep on my tummy because of big breast filled with milk.the day I did stubborn head and laid on my tummy for some hours,there was milk all over the bed when I woke up kikikiki.the next day,I said I wouldn't put the breast directly to the bed again I wee wedge it with a pillow.but that was the most uncomfortable position ever.I just kuku embrace sleeping g on my side at least it is no longer left side alond like wheni was preggy.sleeping on the side even helps me to chuck breast inside little ones mouth and sleep off when he starts looking for breast at night.

I'm 28 weeks and my stomach has been tightening and releasing after a while for like 2 days now and I just concluded it must be Braxton Hicks but it became frequent yesterday night that I had to see a doc this morning.
Now doc is admitting me for preterm contraction, pls help me understand this o cos I don't know why I'm contracting st 28 weeks. Been taking Ventolin tablets along side my routine drugs for a while now.
