I once bought 4 items and one ws bad ,i complained and they sent anoda one. it was taking long for that one to come so i complained , they refunded me my money only for the one they sent to arrive. the seller was even still thanking me for being patient

bro even at that, I bet if it should be AliExpress, you are sure of refund, compensation or even a new one.
when a seller in aliexpress wrongly describe an item and you purchase it, it turns back to be a hook.
Aliexpress standard shouldn't be compared to Jumia at all.
Jumia is upcoming but not close to Ali yet. they should try and work on return/compensation policies and also improve their CC.

yes ohh very possible I complained that the seller had not sent the replacement for the bad item, I guess it was because of some logistics problem but they sha sent me a refund only for me to get the replacement the seller sent

the replacement was not even showing on aliexpress sef , the seller just send me the tracking number
I even tot he was playing fast on me but later I discovered he actually sent it, u know on aliexpress seller are very careful so that they dont get a bad rating cos peoples reviews matter a lot

Yea, same happened to me. I ordered three size 8 wedding rings and later discovered one of them was too small(size 7). The seller apologized and offered to send another with my next order or give me a discount voucher. I settled for ordering one more ring and the seller shipped another ring to replace the small size ring, together with my new order. I also got to keep the previous ring, which i later gifted a friend . Another time i ordered a hair bonnet, it didn't come after two months .Before the expiration of the 60 days buyer protection period, the seller chatted me up to apologize for the delay and told me to open dispute so i can be refunded. I did that and was refunded in full within a week.

You'll be surprised, I bought a T shirt from AliExpress some weeks back, it arrived without the print that one the front that made me buy it, I opened dispute and I was refunded in less than 15 hours, plus it was resolved I keep the shirt.
