Emirates has unveiled its plane of the future – and you’ll want to see what’s inside the new first class private suites.

The upgraded Boeing 777 aircraft boasts floor to ceiling sliding doors and sleek design features which have been inspired by the Mercedes-Benz S-Class.

Taking luxury and privacy to new limits, the 40sq ft suites feature leather seats that can completely recline into a flat bed or even be put in a zero gravity position.

Inspired by NASA technology, the chairs are designed to make passengers feel relaxed and weightless while flying through the air.

To check out the view high in the sky, the 7ft x 5ft 8ins rooms come complete with a pair of binoculars.

And passengers in the middle aisle don’t have to miss out any more because first class customers in central suites will have a virtual window that projects the view from outside the aircraft using real-time camera technology.

Travellers can communicate with the cabin crew, or request room service, using a video call function.

The suites also come with a service window where customers can be served drinks and canapes undisturbed.

To keep you entertained during the flight, the room has a 32inch TV with over 2,500 channels, noise cancelling headphones, mini bar for drinks and snacks, pampering products and moisturising pyjamas.

Sir Tim Clark, president of Emirates Airline, said: “Emirates pioneered the first class private suite concept back in 2003 and today it’s the industry benchmark when it comes to first class travel.

“Over the years we have continually improved on our private suites, adding thoughtful refinements and features."
