My problem with TSTV is that they should have put their house in order before all the publicity and hope raising associated with their launching on the 1st of october. However the forces against them are behind the hacking of their system and the spate of criticism launched against them. But I believe by the beginning of 2018, the picture might be clearer and the station must have stabilised. Keep hope alive and support TSTV.

I used to be hopeful on TSTV before, but I think at this point, it is fair to say RIP to them. No sport channels on them again, all present stations they air now for test running aren't even at par with what one obtains on FTA decoder.

presently they are lackluster and far from being convincing.
have they beoujght back beIN sports that was taken off their channels which they claimed was the work of hackers?

Yeye TSTV

Its easy to make assertions. TSTV pundits would never succumb to a superior argument. It's well.

On TStv and Its Sports Channels...

If you rescan your decoder you will see that AIT is now added to the channels on TStv.

We are getting there.

I suspect something about beIN Sport. It seems they want to do it in a way whereby the station will only work when you have the decoder.

That's my thinking.

Do you know that even Kwese Free Sport no longer shows on Free To Air?

Ask yourself 'Why'?

Definitely, TStv must have something up its sleeves as far as its Sports Channels are concerned

If tstv is really serious, they should be bidding for champions league rights. Submission of bids ends November 23. That is the right way to break monopoly of dstv

Bro called me enemy of progress cos of tstv lol .well let me remind you that today is 1st of december, two months after launch. Hope people can buy the nonexistent decoders
cabalocracy:

ENEMY OF PROGRESS..look at the message very well there is a very high possibility that they were hacked..this is not a beIN message..if it is for real they wouldn't need to do all "TSTV illegal in Nigeria" story they wld just block it right away..The fact that they had to add "TSTV" to the message makes it look more suspicious..who knows if u guyz are the brains behind it..Even DSTV knows better that is why they started disturbing their customers with promo..kwese came out earlier but no one is posting screenshots here but they are always here 24/7 focusing their energy on a supposed scam..go and watch your dstv and kwese in peace na is it by force..

Why do u need a point of sale when their is nothing to watch or u just want to pay for free to air channels? U want to buy the decoder by all means but after paying and u find out there is nothing to watch u come back online and curse the sh*t out of them. Chill guy, TSTV are not ready.

Now that #TSTV has officially been launched, I can now use my DSTV dish to cover my generators

9japrof:
TSTV made a tactical mistake, they never had their distribution channels in place before launching.

The incentives for distributors is so poor, why would I pay 4.4 million naira to get 1000 decoder kits only to sell for 5000 naira each meaning investing 4.4 million to earn a paltry sum of 600k. They should do better...

TSTV is an amalgamation of channels, nothing special, a lot of channels on their bouquet are channels being picked by 1.8 meter dish users, e.g the beIN sports, MBC series etc.

Real DTH aggregators own their channel series, e.g multichoice( the owners of DSTV) own the supersport channels, buh TSTV own nothing, they own no channel of their own, only gathering free channels and broadcasting to Nigerians .

The Internet feature they are broadcasting to Nigerians cannot be available in all nigerian states(I pray to be wrong on this) startimes have this feature on the combo box which a lot of their users are not even aware of, some are using it presently in Nigeria and I think that feature can only be used in not more than 5 states in Nigeria.

TSTV if not careful would go the way of HITv, the company have launched into the country running at a loss, that's why the branding and hyping to convince Nigerians to buy, if the sales and turnover anticipated is not achieved, either more money is pumped in to sustain the business or the business would be on a downward spiral.

KweseTV that has been there building structures to ensure distribution channels before launching is still way better and would outlive TSTV in the long run.Kwese even went ahead with their commitment to give out free decoders to thousands of dealers.

NB: the kwese brand is owned by strive masiywa, the brain behind econet wireless and TSTV is even broadcasting one of their channels kwese free sport(KFS) on their bouquet asking you to pay for the channel that kwese is broadcasting for free

I remembered everyone called this guy a DSTV agent, oloriburuku, enemy of progress? Why? Just because he spotted a flaw in TSTV which most Nigerians don'tcare , they just wanted magic just like they pushed PDP out and voted APC without any reason.

This TSTV of a thing is a proof that there is no day that Nigerians will ever be wise. It was first Buhari's change mantra, then MMM, now TSTV. Same gullible tricks from the pit of hell to deceive the same sets of people.
You all want inexpensive internet and quality TV and ability to pause your shows and do more wonders all For 5000 naira and 200 naira monthly subscription. It just won't work.
We will all be here when those that are leaking their sores about buying the decoder will come and share their testimony on Nairaland Frontpage soon. Let's all be patient.

There are a lot of PR DSTV agents on this thread trying to bring down people's enthusiasm about TSTV. say no to them. They must pack their bags back to South Africa. Our mumu Don do.

Like and share for TSTV, let them know we stand with TSTV.

This was 2 months ago, then anybody that had a different opinion or asked questions is quickly tagged a DSTV AGENT. Well 2 months later many of those calling us DSTV agent are now having a second opinion, does that mean they have also become DSTV agents?

I knew tstv was fishy when they removed their channel list, for goodness sake kwese TV shows all their channel list online. Well Nigerians have at least gained per pay day from startimes.

I was also insulted when I tried to point out the flaws in the TSTV package as per the rights to the Premier League and the Champions League.
Some Nigerians are just so gullible because they love cheap things. That is why frauds like MMM were so successful here.
Right now some are still deceiving themselves and others by telling porkies about the TSTV content when all they are showing are common programming/programs you can watch for free on any kind of free to air decoder or big dish.
